“Captivating, motivational & educational is how I would describe this podcast! Through the episodes and personally speaking with the host Alex Pardo I can tell he is a genuine person that always puts others first. This podcast has content for investors of all levels. Alex goes out of his way to make sure the people he interviews are seasoned investors with quality info for his audience. Not having a wholesale deal under my belt yet doesn't discourage me at all, listening to this podcast keeps me in the loop of which wholesaling strategies are currently working, the do's and don't and what to expect when I land my first deal.
