Summary
We avoid the difficult, don't we?
It is not easy to invite, open up to and engage in difficult conversations and decision making.
I explore the challenges we face when handling the difficult. Drawing from personal experiences and client stories, I discuss how making decisions—whether they're about ending a relationship or changing careers—resembles a complex dance that requires both grace and strategy. Key Points:
Balance logic with empathy Personal anecdotes illustrate strategies Client case studies provide insights
