Flourishing introverts has helped me come in to my own and unapologetically show up as my whole self, after a life time of feeling less than and editing myself to fit in and be seen in professional and personal spaces.

I’ve absolutely loved diving into the Flourishing Introvert podcast and particularly love Joanna’s style of rattling cages to shake out the extraversion bias in business and at the same time, really championing the introvert. Your episode with Laura Coleman reinforces my desire to be more consistent with meditating and it also explains the benefits so well, especially the neurological aspects. Will recommend this episode to my coaching clients - thank you!

Podcasts are perhaps the perfect medium for introverts, so it’s really nice to find one aimed directly at us, but without making apologies or excuses, and acknowledging our drive to excel which equals that of any extrovert. Jo’s voice is so soothing and she’s really done her homework. Glad to...Read full review »

I have been listening to these podcasts for some months now. Jo is so informative and I take away a nugget with each episode. It’s so good to know some of my behaviour is not weird after all and actually quite normal.
