Elaine and David visit White Lake Cheese in Somerset, England and meet award winning artisanal cheesemaker Roger Longman at his farm and dairy to find out how his cheeses are made, what goes into them and the various processes required to produce the different varieties and kinds of cheese that are all made by hand. Elaine also meets White Lake’s herd of goats and tastes some of the cheeses that their high quality milk produces.
