Real shame - I along with seemingly everyone else on here think Frank is a comedy genius, however it had just become too excruciating to listen to him salvage what he could from Gareth's increasingly banal interruptions. Let's be generous, let's assume Gareth is an incredibly talented comedian, so funny that he is able to make a professional living from making people laugh. All comedians however, know that occasionally they'll have a gig where their material just does not work - it could be the fault of their material, their delivery, the audience, the setting, the time of day - it could be anything, it doesn't make them suddenly not funny it's just a bad gig. Unfortunately, Gareth has been having a bad gig every Saturday morning for the last 6 months. Someone please put him out of his misery. And for those who feel Frank's comedy works most effectively by having a straight-man to play off against, umm... (a) I think Gareth is supposed to be there for comic value and not as a straight-man and (b) I seem to recall Frank being reasonably successful in the past when teamed up with David Baddiel - who is capable of being funny. I'd love to re-subscribe and listen to a Frank Skinner podcast - someone give me a shout when they've ditched the Station owner's nephew (I presume).Read full review »

I like Frank Skinner but this podcast is ruined by stupid no need for it laughter! The woman who always (and i mean always) laughs at everything he says no matter what has totally ruined this podcast for me. This is so irritating that i wont be downloading this again.
