Very interesting but...
This podcast is very thorough and interesting. The murderer isn’t glorified and the victims and their families are well represented. I couldn’t give 5 stars though, because I thought episode 8 dwelt too much on details of one of the murders. I felt it was unnecessary, upsetting (imagine if this was a loved one of yours) and was out of balance with the rest of the episodes. Another negative was the very sudden, loud and repetitive ads. I understand that ads are necessary but there are ways of making them less obnoxious.

Host Vicki Petratis draws on her expertise on the case (she quite literally ‘wrote the book’ on it) alongside voices from family members of the victims, detectives and psychiatrists. Also interspersed with chilling audio from Denyer’s police interviews.
