used to be great
over the last couple years, the cast went from great to bland. there are a couple holdovers who are the only entertaining part of the pod (zach and wos). the rest of the cast is made up of former listeners who called in for a few minutes once a month or so. and while they’re really sweet people who care about what they’re doing, they’re not great at podding. the friday content has always been dependent on everyone bringing something to the table. now, most of the people talking and driving the pod don’t have an interesting voice, unique perspective, and they aren’t as funny as the old crew. some can be really bland or grating to listen to. no matter how great the producer (and jade is the best), a pod is only as great as the podcasters. and former listener guests are not good enough replacements for tray, mariano, pablo torre, tom haberstroh, kayleigh brandt, kevin pelton, etc. it makes me sad because this used to be the best part of the start of my weekends.

I'm still a patreon contributer because I support most of the content. TFM Could use a couple changes though. Wos and Zach NEED to be...Read full review »
