“I discovered Jacob Morgan in the summer of 2016 while writing my Master Thesis. Ever since, I have enjoyed reading his book (The Future of work) as well as his blogs. With his podcasts he adds yet another element to the long list of channels and shows Jacob's passion about the topic of posthierarchical management, to quote one of his terms.
Another aspect I really enjoy about the podcast and his blogs are all the different perspectves he picks up and points out ... and he always does so in a very clear and comprehensive way, for everyone to understand.
What I like especially about the podcast, and this might sound strange, is the audio setup: the interviewees voice sounds a little low-fi while Jacob's voice is crystal clear ... this gives them a really nice documentary touch and brings across a strange kind of modern nostalgia .... like I said, it may sound a litte strange, but I just really like this.
The one thing which I would criticise is the length of the pod ... this makes it a bit difficult for me to listen to it. I have to often break it down to a few sessions. That way I sometimes lose track of where I was.
But all in all, this podcast, or any other Jacob Morgan content, is a must for anyone engaged in the topic of new management!”Read full review »
