Description
Now that Sandra’s book is out for the world to read, it was only fitting to have an episode dedicated to her passion project, the Gut Chronicles. In this solo episode, Sandra gathers the most frequently asked questions about the book and perhaps gives you a glimpse of what it is and what it isn’t, for you to decide whether this is the gut health book you need!  The Gut Chronicles is not “just another health book” as it uses humour and storytelling to help readers navigate the 7 most common gut disorders we experience: reflux disease, bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, food intolerance and haemorrhoids. Sandra goes through each chapter in the book, offering you an idea of the book’s content as well as answering the following questions: I’ve been struggling with chronic bloating for a very long time, can this book help me?  Do I still need to see a dietitian when following any of these elimination diets? You talk about the mind pillar when it comes to managing gut health, do you mention any strategies that helped you in the book?  And more!  Tune in to this episode as the Gastroenterologist and his Daughter slowly approaches the end of the first season!  Connect with your hosts on LinkedIn Sandra Mikhail Wagdy Mikhail  For more information visit instagram.com/nutritionaz_by_sandramikhail OR nutritition-az.com The Gut Chronicles: An uncensored journey into the world of digestive health and illness - Sandra Mikhail’s book
