Came Here from Jordan Peterson
Loved the interview on JP’s podcast and instantly wanted to follow. I have always thought that if we just eat whole foods of every color and type that well look good as FEEL good. I’m the kind of person who thinks ingesting natural cane sugar is healthier than Stevia since it’s at least natural. 😂 And I have never heard anyone else say that if there is a commercial for the food, it’s best to avoid it. It was stated on Jordyn Peterson‘s podcast and I feel like so many of my views on diet were backed up. Not that I have a perfect diet, but I think that people get so lost in the sauce of just wanting to be skinny, so eating, unhealthy, low-calorie foods, or just doing fat diets thinking it’ll be a “quick fix.” I’m lucky enough to have been blessed with a fast metabolism, but I also only eat until I’m no longer hungry. So for me little treats here and there don’t really make me worry about my weight, but more so my mental health. I can emotionally feel how unhealthy food affects me after I’ve consumed it. Anyway, just wanted to say I’m excited to get into this podcast because, the interview with Jordan Peterson was so stuffed with amazing content!

Can’t say enough good things about Max Lugavere and his crusade to educate the world about the factual links between nutrition and disease. Genius is right.

You have to listen to episodes on antidepressant foods and why you need more salt. Really easy to digest information. A must listen if you or your loved one is living with dementia or mental health issues. Brillliant!!

Thank you very much for the great interviews, Max! The power of time-restricted eating confirmed my personal experience by science.
