“Well, I have generally liked Mike Pesca on NPR and other Slate podcasts. He has an interesting point of view, is usually funny, and is always insightful.
On the first episode of The Gist, he is in good form, though still working out what his new show is like.
But then, in his discussion on the recent Supreme Court case regarding prayer in Greece, NY, he makes these mocking comments towards the Wiccan religion. Come now, Mike--why take pot-shots at a minority religion?

“I am not a sports fan and I listened to Hang Up and Listen JUST for Mike. Now I’ll still listen to HUAL but I don’t have to. We’ve got The Gist and it’s great. I believe Plotz when he says it’s his “current” favorite. The best it, every day it gets better. Thanks.”
