“Always enjoyed Pesca in all his previous incarnations, especially sports-related. I like the variety of this show and Pesca's interaction with it.
That said, ep 2 about certain practices in colonial times was WAY more info than I wanted. Why THAT topic in ep 2?? Throw that out as a wild card 4 months in. Was there a concern someone else might scoop them? I'd hate to have someone drop in on that one as a first listen. I hope Slate receives info on when people tune out and take a close look at that one.
