Great but feeling bad for Alex
As an Asian speaker of both English and Italian I feel a little sad when Andrew naturally assumes cultural and mental distance between Asians and Godfather other Hollywood cultural productions. It especially hurts when it is done by someone whose Italian pronunciation is all wrong. Alex is definitely the knowledgeable one including about Latin languages but often he has to play dumb so as not to hurt the feelings of the brother who firmly believes that he is the linguistically talented of the family. It didn’t really bother me in the beginning but Part II episodes became uncomfortable because of exchanges where Andrew dismisses perfectly informed comments with his questions. Overall a wonderful show but Andrew has to come to terms with the fact that his brother is rather linguistically talented and gets the nuance.

More reviews of The Godfather Minute
The hosts do a great job discussing The Godfather. They obviously know the movie and enjoy making the podcast. I like it so much I signed up on their Patreon. They made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.
