Stopped listening when they started doing Part II. As soon as they do Part II they stop about 20 min or so and hit with a pay wall. Do your thing, but if you want to charge for extra content, do the book is different or we ask you answer. They need an understudy on the show to correct them on...Read full review »

As an Asian speaker of both English and Italian I feel a little sad when Andrew naturally assumes cultural and mental distance between Asians and Godfather other Hollywood cultural productions. It especially hurts when it is done by someone whose Italian pronunciation is all wrong. Alex is...Read full review »

Tried but only could make it through eight episodes. The kitschy music inserts, cupeled with the interminably long intro and exit music was too much and really took away from what was otherwise a decent effort, by what sounds like two millennials. The last straw was referring repeatedly to Richie...Read full review »

The concept of this podcast is great: Go through one of the best films of all time minute by minute and analyze it for interesting insights and perspectives. There was a podcast a few years ago that used the minute by minute concept on the movie Goodfellas, and that podcast was fantastic. The...Read full review »

A combination of intriguing insights and some seriously silly riffing make this an outstandingly entertaining podcast. Canned cheers get old quickly and the dungeons and dragons rabbit holes could be dropped without detracting from it at all, but overall a very good podcast.

I absolutely loved The Godfather minute podcast. Andy and Alex have great chemistry and humor. I’ve listened to Alex on Star Wars minute for years, but they ruined The Godfather minute in part 2. The podcasters decided to cut the podcasts off in the middle of the episodes with the second half...Read full review »

this ain’t your POPPA’s godfather podcast. make sure you listen to it with your family, because a man who doesn’t listen to podcasts with his family can never be a real man. So, enjoy.

The Brothers Robinson are unrelentingly silly and thank God(father). During these dark times (shot by Gordon Willis?) we need silliness now more than ever and I refuse, refuse to allow this show to be dragged down by viruses or politicians and those other pezzonovante. The show has changed the...Read full review »

I discovered this podcast very recently and was hooked from the first minute. Thank you for your meticulous and entertaining minute by minute analysis of my favourite film. The banter and the Vito Corleone impressions have me in stitches.

I got into this show a little late, but with a film this long, that still meant there was years of content to go With great impressions and even greater trivia, these are two co-hosts who clearly have a love for the film and have the comedic talent to keep me invested every week.

Movie by the Minute by one of the genre's creators. Lots of fun listening to these brothers discuss and find humor in every second of TGF. I agree with the suggestion to listen from the beginning - inside jokes and references build.Read full review »

This podcast is great if you’re a fan of The Godfather and enjoy silly humor- make sure to start from the beginning though, because every show is filled with inside jokes, phrases, jingles, and voices that only longtime fans would get. Love this podcast!

Great job guys! Keep up the good work! I always look forward to listening. You make a serious, but very entertaining movie even more entertaining with the goofy commentary you provide. Thanks!

Really? You guys have read the books, and watched the movies, and are doing a podcast on Godfather, and you don’t know what corleone means? It’s simply the town that Vito Andolini comes from.

Man, do these brothers know about the Godfather! If you’re a super fan of the film and the book (the book is different than the movie, of course) you’ll adore this podcast. Keep going Alex and Andy.

The Robinson brothers are absolutely hilarious. They take on a great movie like The Godfather and have a great time doing it with so many inside running jokes, musical numbers and impersonations. Subscribe to their patreon page for bonus content, you won’t be disappointed!

The boys, who know the movie and things Corleone pretty well, are at their best when they stick to the movie, not so much at their attempted humor about stuff not concerning the movie. Has the potential for five stars, if they stick to the script.
