Terrific “Real People of History”-type Podcast
Knew a few names from this time and place, like Luciano and Dewey, but so many others were completely new to me - including Eunice Carter herself. What I like best, though, is how this podcast isn’t just names and dates, there’s a fullness to the telling, a reminder that people, real people, make history. Also, the way this podcast runs audio of all the people consulted during the telling of the story at the end of each episode is the best way of crediting participants I’ve ever heard. It’s brilliant way of reminding me real people make podcasts too!
