… and well read. This story is excellently paced and had me from the first episode, normally it takes me one or two, but here we have something quite special. The author/narrator is great to listen to, and seems to genuinely enjoy his work. I listen to lots of podcasts this is one of the few I...Read full review »

I really enjoy this podcast. The author / narrator really succeeded in making this show easy to follow and interesting. The gaiman-like world of gods among us is very well done. Also it succeeds very well in a very difficult exercise: Having one narrator keep all these characters lively and...Read full review »

Oh man where to begin. Not to go on a Stefon SNL type rant but this has everything! I’m 5 episodes in and each one is better than the last. If you love noir, 80’s synth background music, mythology- I cannot suggest this enough. Well done sir!

I just found it and am on season two after a long binge. The premise is genius and the dry humor is outstanding. I would love 100 more seasons.

There is not much to look forward to these days but every two weeks I can’t wait to listen to this Podcast. It is inventive thrilling and so well written.

I recently stumbled across this podcast and ever since I'm binging to catch up. The story telling is compelling and narration is excellent. If you enjoy fantasy such as The Byron Chronicles and noir detective stories such as Black Jack Justice, Rex Rivetter: Private Eye, or the Great...Read full review »

This is a great find, somewhere between The Dresden Files and Supernatural. The music always fits, the voice acting is on point, and the story moved at a clipped pace.

It’s like listening to a combination of Supernatural and American Gods.

This is an well written detective urban fantasy (like Dresden) story, and narrated very well. The story feels like the TV show, American gods, if it were a Podcast.

A fun protagonist—smart and insightful, yet often hapless—encountering a reality that’s way beyond his ken. Looking forward to the coming episodes.

We're only 4 episodes in as of this review but so far this podcast is off to a great start. It blends supernatural and fantasy elements with Hammett style detective fiction, a compelling lead character in Alex, and an authentic LA vibe all rolled together in a colorful and entertaining way....Read full review »
