“Okay let me first state i don't rate stuff till usually 10 episodes as that is the time most podcast finds there footing so my rateing may change. Firstly let me say that this podcast is in Commentary format which is more difficult the other types of formates as the audio has to sink up in a meaningful way with the video the listener is viewing. For the most part this is done wonderfully, but sometimes tangets can emerge and swallow up 10-15 minutes talking about later films not saying this is bad for the most part i am entertained but i sometimes feel keys scenes are overlooked.
Both the host seem to have a deep appreciation for Godzilla, both are knowlegable, both are fun to listen to, and both seem to put in real work with there research. Joseph DeGolyer is a podcast veteran and the quality is top notch and his film background gives some interesting insights. Drew and Joseph both have good chemistry and put in the time and work and I have no doubt this podcast will only get better. I full expect to re-edit my post in a few episode to a 5 star as it progresses, but for know will leave it at 4 but i imagine i will be re-editing to change that after a few more episodes.
I can wait to see how this podcast grows and recommend it to any fan of Godzilla who can appreciate some great content.”Read full review »

“A laid back show that covers Japanese and U.S. releases of Godzilla classics, among other Kaiju fare. Entertaining and pleasant for a nighttime listen or drive time.”

I have been a Godzilla fan since I was 8, so getting into the history and trivia about these movies has been a...”Read full review »

“The trailer for the new Godzilla sparked a conversation with a friend about Ghidorah. I'd seen Godzilla (2014) and Shin Godzilla recently but most my experience with Godzilla was from when there was a trendmasters toyline! After a quick review of the plot for Ghidorah, The Three-headed...”Read full review »
