“I have listened to quite a few podcast about film series and tv series where people pick apart the material without any understanding of film production and do not research the subject of their podcast episode. This is not one of those podcast. It is nice to hear a discussion of a geeky series with knowledge of how movie is made. I happened to stumble upon this podcast a couple days before receiving many of these movies by coincidence. It has been fun delving way deeper into Godzilla then I have ever had a chance to before. The only thing I thing would improve it would possibly be if Joe's uncensored humor came out a little more. Also I love Invasion of Astro-Monster. It's my favorite movie of the Shōwa period, not counting Gojira. to me comparing Gojira to any other Godzilla movie is like comparing 2001: A Space Odyssey to The Fifth Element.”Read full review »
