Excellent content but too many episodes
First, the content is a gripping tale of the nightmares innocent sub-postmasters went through at the hands of Post Office and its Horizon system. The story arc keeps the listeners hanging onto every word. Substance wise I found this series brilliant, extremely well researched. What I found really annoying was the need to wade through 11 episodes, which could have been packaged into 5-6 episodes each lasting 30 min, without cutting out any informational contents. Each sessions started with a recap of the previous sessions, and ended with a preview of the next, which made me suspect the producers just wanted to pad out the content for no benefit to the listeners. Substantively, it made it harder to follow who all the different interviewees reappearing in different episodes were.

Excellent storytelling. This is so thoughtfully crafted and presented. My heart absolutely goes out to all the folks affected by the scandal. Shame on Post Office! Thank goodness the lid got blown off!
