“I first started listening to this on the BBC and was horrified by details the reporter had uncovered. It’s finally been revealed that these poor, honest people were persecuted and hounded due to a faulty system which the suppliers knew was full of errors. The people affected have had their lives ruined by a lack of transparency and honesty. Now the post office are arguing about the amount of compensation 😡. The managers need to be prosecuted. I’m shocked this could happen in the UK, it’s not just damaged the reputation of the Post Office but the entire British Justice system. The horrible security man who told the, totally honest, lady whose books didn’t balance that she was a liar, and he was an ex policeman who knew she was lying because he could always spot a liar, needs to go down in his knees and apologise to her and lose his job. Good reporting and certainly needs to be listened to.”
