Objectivity at risk; no USP
Generally not objective nor balanced and there is nothing differentiating about this podcast in any case. Contributors pick the facts to suit their opinions, although an exception is Jonathan Friedland, who, when he is on the podcast (rare) is the master of objectivity.

Podcasts and any other form of media should be balanced and look at all aspects of each story. This podcast is bias, vapid and tries to push its own agenda. If you want to be uninformed about the world this is the podcast for you.

Politics podcast used to be a great summary and discussion of the weeks events using Guardian journalists. Simple and engaging. It's now a dull mix of endless vox pops (that add no enlightenment) and fairly vanilla interviews. Bring back the old formula (like the NS pod) or kill it.Read full review »

Always informative original and entertaining- but not easy to listen to! Seriously uncomfortable on the ears- because Heather Stewart shouts into the microphone- and the guests speak quietly. So getting the volume level right is impossible
