Really informative but also nice to listen too
I have come to the IBS game later than I would have liked to. After years of thinking there was something wrong with how food made me feel and doctors not really helping me address the issue I finally spoke to someone who seemed surprised I didn’t know I had IBS. I came across the podcast as I realised I didn’t really know much about what it entails to have and deal with IBS - so far (I am 7 episodes in, in two days might I add!) I have learnt a lot about the types and triggers. I also contacted Laura regarding more information and how to contact a dietitian and she came back to me so quickly and helpfully. I imagine a lot of people who find this podcast will do so because they lack information about something that is directly affecting them or a loved one everyday. Both Laura and Huelya are honest, descriptive and informative. I couldn’t recommend listening enough!
