Fantastic Show Across the Pond
I personally can’t thank these ladies enough. They have been a god sent. I’ve been struggling with IBS since A kid. Don’t know how it came. I just remember always having stomach pains. I Never got diagnosed though. When I was diagnosed this year(Age 33), I was given some vague information. GI doctors stink lol. That being said, I suffered on my own into a depression essentially. Then I ran into this podcast. I just finished season one and I’m literally listening to all their advice . You would be dumb not to. I’m currently going to see a dietitian trained in the low FODMAP diet. I found her via the Monash app provided in the handy dandy show notes. Thank you ladies! Your the support system I needed. If this dietitian doesn’t work out I’m going straight to Lauren. She’s the bomb.com Advisory*** Please don’t skip any seasons. So what if the sound quality is subpar in the earlier season. Their dealing out gems free of charge. I wish I could tip theses ladies for their open free knowledge. Their like my support system and they don’t even know it. Huelya is hilarious and so down to earth . Subscribe to the podcast end of story!!!

I was diagnosed with IBS 30 years ago and struggle with it mostly on my own because the doctors I tried were at a loss. I knew about the low-FODMAP diet but I couldn’t get my head around it. This podcast was the push I needed to try it and I feel better- emotionally and physically.
