Behind Enemy Lines
I’m a Miami Heat fan. I’ve been listening to the podcast ever since Ti appeared on the Five Reasons Sports Network. The Heat were playing the Bucks at the time, and he did a very effective job at getting a non-Bucks fan to check out his podcast. I initially started listening to Gyro Step just to hear alternative arguments, but I quickly grew to love the podcast. Ti and Rohan have a genuine affable chemistry that also provided excellent Xs and Os knowledge to keep me interested. When they merged with Adam and Jordan, it further enhanced my podcast experience. Adam is brilliant who has a deep knowledge of tortured Bucks history, and Jordan similarly has those same demons while also having a knack for exquisite timing and one liners into the general podcast space. As a Heat fan, I was supposed to hate the Bucks this postseason. But because of this podcast, I never did. I found myself rooting for them against Brooklyn and Atlanta. Hearing the story of their history made me feel their pain, and also made me feel the emotion of the podcast family. While I never had to sit through the failed playoff runs you all did, I felt the emotion of this run as a result of everyone’s anecdotes. When Giannis got hurt during Game 4 at Atlanta, I genuinely felt bad for the Bucks community. It wasn’t manufactured sympathy, my introduction into Bucks Culture made me feel their pain and sympathize accordingly. While the championship podcast wasn’t designed to hit me the same way it hit Bucks fans, I was genuinely very happy for all four of you. This podcast accurately conveyed to me all the demons you four have been through over the years, and I felt happy for you even though I’m a fan of one of our rivals. The podcast routinely provides excellent content, and all of your Twitter accounts make for excellent follows. I hope you all cherish and enjoy this moment. As a Heat fan I'm well aware of falling into the trap of “expecting more championships” and then all of a sudden the regime ends and you’re left reminiscing the old times. Thank all four of you, I hope you extract as much joy from the summer as possible, and I hope you all constantly brighten your days reminding yourselves of this rare achievement. If you repeat, great! But extract as much joy every day before then to maximize enjoyment of this ring - Ricky (@bigrat310) CamboRead full review »

The official spelling of Eurostep is now Gyrostep and shall be from now on. For real though, it’s a great place for nuanced and realistic discussions on the Milwaukee Bucks.
