You can build a strong mindset with this podcast
I love how Jared doesn’t talk about calories, macros, and exercise. Yes, they are all important and can’t be ignored, but if you don’t know the underlying thoughts you may be having that veer you off track then wonder what you’re doing wrong, you will quickly be able to identify them by listening to his podcast.
