Victim blaming
This contains very insensitive and biased commentary regarding the alleged rapes. The speakers engage in constant victim blaming picking on small, unimportant details of the witness accounts such as if the witness said hello or not when opening the door. It is well known that rape victims do not have an exact memory of every detail of their rape because of the psychological trauma endured. Furthermore, the speakers constantly try to place themselves in place of the victim, arguing what they would have done in their place in such a situation. At no point do they try to portray the victims perspective, suggesting that they are actresses and thus, “acting” . It wouldn’t surprise me at all if this show was financed by Weinstein.

Oh god. Why? Great podcast until someone faked Lincoln, the Aussie boyfriend of one of the accusers. Sounds like a speech impediment 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Fascinating and original. Thank you for getting all the info out there. I’m hooked and listen everyday. I hope Weinstein gets locked up forever. It’ll be really interesting what the jury thinks of all this.
