So much of the health& fitness industry pushes the calories in & calories out idea and the notion that huge amounts of cardio will be the the magic bullet to solve our weight issues. It was so great to hear Bree talk about the huge benefits of strength training as it’s a life’s work trying to encourage women to balance their cardio work outs with some strength training … and NO they won’t turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger ! I can certainly relate to the undeniable truth that stress plays a huge role in our health profile and will affect our ability to lose weight & feel like we have energy and vitality.
