Lichen sclerosus episode
I like that someone actually discussed this because I feel like it's a subject a lot of women are embarrassed about and they really shouldn't be because it just kind of happens. It's not like they catch it sexually and for those who aren't educated about it, they assume the worst and think it's like an STI. A lot of women are afraid to share this with their doctor, their partner, anyone and really, we should talk about it more because I think it would benefit so many people. But one thing I didn't agree with about this episode is where she says "this is specifically for women" and no, you're wrong. Men can have it too. I'm sure you've heard of reddit, there are plenty of men who struggle with LS there also and it's a community of us who talk to each other and share our experiences. Though with most men, their symptoms seem to attack their anus typically, they still can have LS. This isn't just for people with vaginas and I think it would be good to update everyone on that.Read full review »

I’ve been following Jennifer Fugo’s work and always appreciate her perspective. She realizes that there’s no magic bullet or one size fits all answer. The first episode was great, especially the discussion of interrupted skin barrier function and development of allergies. Looking forward to more!...Read full review »
