Thank you for what you do!
I realized alcohol wasn’t serving me and began to start a search in the spring of 2023 for ways to help change my drinking habits and came across the hello someday website and the 30 day guide to becoming sober. I also began listening to some of the podcasts which I found very informative. I love Casey’s interviews and every episode hits on a topic that I’m curious about and more. I love her guests. It’s through the podcast that I found Annie Grace and her free 30 day alcohol experiment that has led me to be 136 days sober. I also found my favorite NA beer after listening to Casey’s interview with the founder of Athletic Brewing and I was prepared to live alcohol free through my first holiday season. I also have learned tools to deal with stress and anxiety in a healthy way by listening to her interviews about yoga, breath work, essential oils and more! I never thought I was at rock bottom or considered myself an alcoholic by society’s standards but I knew alcohol was not making me feel good and had more control of me than I had of it and I’m so happy I found Casey and her podcast to show me how to change my relationship with alcohol and begin a life without the guilt, shame and regret that was coming with drinking. Thank you Casey!

Each podcast is so relatable and down to earth. Important subject matter. Really enjoyed episode 60 with Dawn Nickel.

I met Casey a little over a year ago through other non-drinking acquaintances and appreciate her openness. I quit drinking on my own three years ago. While I implemented similar steps in my process, I felt afraid, lonely and like something was deeply wrong with me. I LOVE that Casey is...Read full review »
