Don’t really even remember how I came across this podcast. At first, I felt a little uncomfortable because I felt like it was a podcast strictly for women. I don’t know if I’m the only man on the planet that listens to this podcast, but even if I am, I don’t care. It has really resonated with me...Read full review »

I am so glad I came across Casey and the Hello Someday podcast. She has helped me through early sobriety more than I thought I would need. She has led me to some other great podcasts and lots of quit lit books. I love her refreshing, realistic take on sobriety and the struggles to get and stay...Read full review »

I realized alcohol wasn’t serving me and began to start a search in the spring of 2023 for ways to help change my drinking habits and came across the hello someday website and the 30 day guide to becoming sober. I also began listening to some of the podcasts which I found very informative. I love...Read full review »

When you need to “feel heard” when you’re struggling with booze (or trying to stay sober)… listen to this podcast. When you’re looking for that, “Shoot it to me straight” kind of friend as you question your relationship with alcohol (or sanity during early sobriety, or recognition during long...Read full review »

I love Casey’s expertise, her accessible information and the amazing guests she lands. For a podcast about going alcohol free, which may seem narrow, she is able to surprise me week after week with a new topic or a new way at approaching a topic. If I’m feeling a particular way, I can always find...Read full review »

4 stars for the amazing guests and Casey’s interview skills. However, please limit or stop the F bombs. I notice that very few of the guests drop F bombs and seem to hesitate a little when Casey frequently uses them.

This podcast has been such a HUGE help in my journey to freedom from alcohol. I have come to think of Casey as an older sister, holding my hand and guiding me towards a life of true joy and peace. I just want to offer one piece of feedback that I hope isn’t taken as being rude. I don’t think...Read full review »

Love this episode! It really resonates with me - especially the part about not living up to our full potential while drinking. So….
