William Porter
I listen to your podcast routinely. In fact, it and your guidance has helped me get and remain sober. I also listen to many other podcasts based on sobriety, relationships and simply life “stuff”. I’ve read many of the quit lit books, articles on alcohol, talked to friends who are oblivious (and choose to remain so) to the truth about alcohol. When I discuss my newly aware “aha” moment of being in the grocery store and thinking, “this is incredible, rows upon rows of poison they’re selling!” Am I the only one who knows/gets this?? Obviously not....enter William Porter. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Calm, non-lecturous, very knowledgeable, great accent- just fantastic, well presented information!! Casey, best guest ever, this episode was one I will listen to over and over. Keep up the great work.

I have felt so understood listening to this podcast! There are so many episodes that I can relate to and Casey has made me feel that it was all normal to feel that way. If you are thinking about not drinking anymore or ready to quit, this will be very helpful.

Am on day 6 of no alcohol and aiming for 7, then 14, and so on. Have been listening to several episodes and the Grey Area Drinker information both blew me away and connected so many dots. Thank you!
