I wish I’d had this podcast three years ago!
I met Casey a little over a year ago through other non-drinking acquaintances and appreciate her openness. I quit drinking on my own three years ago. While I implemented similar steps in my process, I felt afraid, lonely and like something was deeply wrong with me. I LOVE that Casey is normalizing the experience of quitting drinking, the highs and the lows. I listened to all of her episodes while nodding my head, smiling and saying, “Yep.” I wish I’d had this in my early days. It is truly a beacon of hope for someone trying to stop and questioning themselves. I also appreciate the alternative storyline to rock bottom, lost everything mentality. You really can quit because it doesn’t serve you and don’t need to wait. Go Casey! I am proud of you.

Casey shares herself and her story with such vulnerability and grace. She’s inspiring and real and every time I talk to her, I feel supported and heard. So great more people will get to experience this through her podcast!

Casey is like talking to your best friend but about a subject that maybe you can’t really talk to your actual best friend about. ...Read full review »

This is one of the best podcasts I’ve listened regarding not drinking. She is an amazing interviewer and has the best guests on.
