Awesome Podcast!
Since I don’t go the AA route, I have always used recovery podcasts as a tool to keep sobriety in the forefront of my mind. There are many sobriety podcasts to choose from and I commend Casey for putting herself out there. I find she has a fresh approach, interesting guests and a lot of constructive hints for both folks in early sobriety and fresh takes for those of us who have been around for a while. She has great enthusiasm and is a wonderful model of someone who is not just existing in sobriety, instead she is living her life up to her potential, and she wants the same for you. It’s not just a podcast that tells war stories of when people have been at their lowest point, but instead points to a bright future and ways to make your life more fulfilling than it ever was when the bright spot of the day was which wine bottle to open while cooking dinner.
