You both did a very good job with your conversation with Martin Lewis. X

Caught up on three episodes this weekend.. and all brilliant - Jameela Jamil - articulating many thoughts and feelings we all have had and continue to.. Sliding door moments and how different they are for everyone, but so significant and one of my favourites so far Paul Smith, what a legend -...Read full review »

No wonder this is being listened to by almost every Premier League footballer, the England cricket team, top-level CEO’s…and in many other places. It’s my go-to every Monday. The Professor is 💥. I may sign up to their app to get even more. Well played everyone.

Thank you for this thoughtful episode! As someone involved with overseeing 4000 recreational gymnasts in Edinburgh Leisure this episode was music to my ears! Encouraging young people to self reflect and review what they wish to get out of their sport and then identify what they need to to reach...Read full review »

Started listening to these episodes last year, I’ve listened to the whole lot and learnt loads. It’s always a great start to my week, the app is brilliant too. Cheers lads!

I was grabbing breakfast one morning and this podcast cut in front of me. I was annoyed because I had a busy day of interviewing. When I got to my office, I was in my office and the first candidate was brought in. It was this podcast. Needless to say, it didn’t get the job. Treat everyone well...Read full review »

Jake and Damian Thanks for sharing your passion and dropping knowledge bombs every week with every guest. It makes people know that everyone’s journey is unique however there are many things that are the same! Would love to hear Sir Alex Ferguson, Eric cantona or Mike Tyson on the pod. Hey guys, I LOVE your podcast, thank you! I just enjoyed the Simon Sineck interview and wanted to access the extra content, but I cannot get the app to work no matter what o try. Is this now paid for? Just wondering if anyone is having this problem. Happy to explore more direct. Thanks again : )

Returned after several months away , caught up with multiple episodes and tbh I could have simply reposted my original. In fact I will . Bit stale. Bit two stars. Bit tired. A good listen, hearing how the best in their respective fields succeed and go about their business. Nothing really new...Read full review »

Tired and rigid format. Shallow line of questioning. Compare the interview with Peter Attia with those conducted by Andrew Huberman or Steven Bartlett.

Thank you for bringing the Owen O’Kane conversation to the podcast. The more I hear people like Owen talk, the more I wonder why we don’t teach these skills to young people though the curriculum and to all new parents! What kind of society would we create? And…Tessa Clarke is my new favourite...Read full review »

As a sports coach and coach educator, I find this podcast an essential point of reference. I have learned so much from listening to the many varied and inspirational guests and the way that Jake and Damian interact with them. Gents, just wanted to say big congratulations, was a fantastic live show, so many words of wisdom. Plus I learnt so much about you 2 guys which for me is you showing by example, not simply telling. I listen occasionally for the interesting guests but the hosts/presenters are awful, no interviewing skills, ask cringey questions, sound very up their own ar$es, and then have some sort of post mortem of the show at the end which is the worst listen

Gents, just a quick note to say how much I love your podcast and it massively helped me through covid and I’m still getting inspired today. Great podcast. Don’t know why but every time Kevin Sinfield does an interview I’m in bits. He is a Prince amongst men & as usual the hosts do a great job in letting the guest do all the talking.

I want to love this podcast, it has so much of what I’m looking for. I’ve been desperate for a podcast with interesting and inspirational guests, as Joe Rogan and his contemporaries have, but with people I’m more familiar with having not grown up in the United States. I stumbled upon this podcast looking for something to assist my personal and professional development, and I am so glad I did. I loved this podcast in it’s early days but I don’t want a three minute advert for Mailchimp (surely a super niche target audience) in the middle of my run. The personal product promotion also feels contrived now. Stopping listening for now but appreciative of Jake and Damian for the early episodes.

One of the best football player interviews ever - after Roy Keane, Kieran Trippier is now my favourite soccer player. He is refreshingly honest, passionate, grafter and a leader of men!

Since discovering The High Performance podcasts I’ve listened to the voices of Damian and Jake every day, some times several times a day as I work on my fork lift at work. I never thought I’d be moved to tears listening to a politician speaking, particularly coming from a 30 year career in policing where the influence of politics, (internal as well as external), has been so challenging and impactful. Good podcast, good guests, very interesting content. Jake Humphries and his super irritating voice, tone, snobbishness and self-centredness absolutely ruin this. If it was just the psychologist and the guests it would be 5 stars.
