Interesting interview with a bit too much inference
I enjoyed the interview for the most part. Rio isn’t someone I’ve heard on a podcast before so that was nice. It was informative and insightful. However, I found the guests had a tendency at times to wrap up Rio’s stories with their own inferences instead of allowing Rio to explain what his story meant to him. There was even a part where after they summarized what his story meant that he said had had never thought of it like it before. If we’re here to learn from the best of the best allow them to tell their stories and share what they mean. It felt like the interviewers were framing his stories to fit the specific theme or narrative they want the show to have instead of allowing him to dictate what they mean. All in all, I will listen again as podcasts grow and evolve the longer they run.

Each have been excellent in different ways. Rio and culture at United and his own determination. RVP in...Read full review »
