Love it
I find myself looking forward to your next podcast every week. I was completely sold as soon as you did a podcast on Laura Ingalls Wilder, as I was obsessed with Little House on the Prairie as a child. I like how the podcast is informal and you make observations about history that regular folks would think of if they had the facts and sat down to chat about it. And it's great to include fictional characters as well - the Cinderella podcast was great!Read full review »

More reviews of The History Chicks
Chicks or not, love your informal history lessons. Have suggested you to a number of my women friends... I listen to you two while I work. It makes my day go quicker. Would like to maybe her what you could find out about some Canadian women like Laura Secord or Nellie McLung.

Chicks in history - both factual and fictitious, by present-day chix, for the benefit of all of us. My ah-ha moment came at about Episode 3. Cleverly well-presented and informative. Interesting perspectives.

A very entertaining first podcast. Entertaining and witty. The podcast was much better than the rapidly declining Stuff You Missed in History Class. Looking forward to Episode Two. Give it a chance, everyone!!
