“As I love narrative history I've come to really enjoy this podcast. What's more, I really like exploring a topic not common in Western circles, i.e. Europe and the U.S. I personally think that Chris is doing a great job of illuminating Chinese history from its mythical beginnings and I look forward to his weekly installments.
To reference the criticisms leveled about Chris's humor I think that, like nearly every podcaster out there, it simply took him a few episodes to become comfortable with the process and find the path that worked best for him.
