Chinese History, Comedy, and a Dude
Seriously a great podcast. I found it about a month after it was posted to iTunes, and have been listening ever since. Mister Stewart is clear on his views when they enter into the choice of which story to follow, his companion blog is extremely helpful, and he has fleshed out the world of Ancient China far beyond my piddling knowledge of the Three Kingdoms period. His jokes are excellent (and sometimes above my head, such as a Yeates reference in a title which I didn't notice for a week), but they're used sparingly in just the right way to keep you from being eyes-rolled-back bored with the material.Read full review »

Found the podcasts to be earnest and forthright in presentation. Not too crazy at trying to sound a bit humorous, but still doesn't detract from the purpose of the 'cast: to enlighten and educate.
