“I listen to a variety of history podcasts, but this is my favorite. David has a drolly entertaining way to make complex subjects understandable and engaging. I’m all set for the start of the English Civil War of Three Kingdoms. But David made sure we all understood the complexities of how people had multiple considerations on which side to support and how Scotland, England, and Ireland scared each other into this situation. I love the nuanced approach to the lead up. It’s always more complex than one thinks! Thanks, David!”
