Great for the Morman Atheist
Heard about the How-To Heretic on NPR(RadioWest) at a time when I was newly out of the religious closet. They have helped me be able to officially say 'I am an Atheist' which was a big step. They try to be all inclusive in the lessons they give, but tend to revert to their mormonistic roots (which is fine with me). Uncle Dan can get a little...ramble-y, and give you too many details that don't matter. That's my only real complaint.Read full review »

At first I thought this was a great podcast about Atheism, but instead it’s turned into pontificating about how others should behave and pointing out the flaws in others. It mostly seems they want to flaunt how “morally superior” they are.

That was incredibly visceral for me. Just...the image.

I passed by this this podcast at first thinking, “well, I’ve been an atheist for years.” But this dive into ridiculous religions and woo is enjoyable for everyone. Anyone can listen and be comforted by the reminder of how bad religion is for the world.
