“Honestly I’ve listened from the first episode to the most recent twice over now.
I’m a FTM and 37 weeks pregnant. I knew I wanted to do hypno birthing from the second I found out I was pregnant but I have the concentration levels of a squirrel😂 listening to this podcast whilst going about daily life has helped me SO much.
It’s made me realise even more so how amazing us women are but also how natural and amazing birth is too. I’m so excited to give birth and the count down is now really on - although who knows when that will be! My baby will come when they are ready.
We also did Claire’s pre recorded course and keep going over that too.

“I enjoyed this podcast as I started listening to the first few episodes of Clare sharing tips / explaining key info, which to be fair she does well. What has turned me off is that during the episodes with a relaxation or meditation track, there is always an abrupt interruption for Clare’s advert...”Read full review »
