Informative, revealing but not surprising. Only real complaint i have is what another listener commented on, the self editing after the fact she talked with individuals. Why not just speak your complete thoughts at the time? It would make the podcast more complete, perhaps she doesn't want confrontation but this after commentary comes across as weak and disingenuous.
