Description
This podcast is a summary of what I have learned from two of my favourite books of all time on habit building... And from years now of obsessively trying to understand and help all my students build positive habits of drum practise. I have helped students with all manner of neurological challenges and strengths and weaknesses by using these principles. Originally I became obsessed with this topic due to my own large dificiencies in this area. I have what I you could call and obsessive personality... So I get hooked in on things hard... But can also easily get dragged in to new activities and lose sight of precious habits. These days I have a deep control over this that means I can be self employed and show up to all activities that I need to including my own daily practice regimen. My goal with this podalcast is that it helps you find new and effective evidence based approaches to navigate your own challenges and get and stay on track with your drumming goals while having the time of your life. Happy drumming! 😁 Matt --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/infinitydrumming/message
