New mom, trying to end generational trauma
I am a 31 year old wife and mother of a one year old girl. I identify, in part, with all of the four inner child wounds. My goal is to be healed and continue to heal as much as possible so as not to pass on my generational wounds I have from my childhood. This podcast is so amazing. First of all, I highly recommend for self care. Self care isn’t always bubble baths, it’s putting the work into myself to be the most emotionally regulated person I can be. This podcast pours into me (Gloria has the most relaxing voice to listen to and is so kind, I wish she was my inner voice, it I’ll get there) and then gives me tools at the end of each episode so that I can take what I learned and call into action. Thankful for this free resource and recommend you give it a listen.

This is exactly what I needed. I loved that the first episode breaks down the core wounds which can help me target areas that I need help in. I also enjoy the CTAs at the end of each podcast to help put these things into practice 10/10. ✨🧿
