Thank you for creating this podcast
I have been on a healing journey for 2 years, first with a coach, now an amazing therapist with wellness treatments to compliment the process. I was getting my acupuncture at Metta Massage with Kelly and having what felt like a mid-life crisis and she suggested this podcast. Your words saved me. All the work that you, Kelly and my therapist are all doing, I can’t thank you enough. It has given me the language and I love that it is a FREE PODCAST. I listed to 4 episodes right away and will get through the rest very quickly. I find hearing from different perspectives helps me make sense of the mess, one clarity moment at a time. My wounds have held me prisoner for so long… but I feel stronger every day.

I think it would be more sensitive to just call it...Read full review »
