It's very good, but not quite great....
I llike the varying choice of topics, and The Inquiry is at its best when the four person's interviewed represent very different perspectives on the the topic; which is normally the case. My all time favorite was the one about the Islandic banks, and why Island - as opposed to the UK - managed to prosecute at least some bankers; it was insightful and very clever. The episode I liked least was the feature about "helicopter money" (do not remember the name), which IMHO appeared rather like an ad for helicopter money than an objective analysis of the topic. The latter I only noticed because I did some research myself, otherwise I would have potentially not spotted the one sided choice of experts for that specific episode. So normally it allows a good starting point into a complex topic, to make up your own mind; and to do your own research, if interested.Read full review »
