“If only they taught a mandatory course on investing for one's future, these guys would be excellent to lead the way. Very informative and educational for just about anyone in the novice range of investing. The concept of value investing is the safest way to gradually earn a retirement nest egg and Andrew and David give all sorts of advice to make it easy to digest and exciting to get your retiremnet rolling. Start young! Stick with it!
Episode 28 (the best ever) goes into dpeth about paying for services if you choose. You do not need to. These guys provide valuable information that works and has a proven track record over time. I was very skeptical, but loved what I was learning via the podcast. One Saturday morning I shot an email off to Andrew raising all sorts of questions as to why the price tag on the other services avaialbe. After thinking it fell into the hands of a bot, I just conitued to listen and enjoy. Then this morning episode 28 appears and the title captured me as I had that concern. And wasn't I surprised, and honored, that they took my email and answered the questions I had, excellently! They really are out to help and guide you to be successful for yourslef. It's up to you if you want to use their advice or not.
I have been self investing for years and still consider myself a novice. Listening to this podcast really gives a bit of confidence in your back pocket. These guys seem to be pretty accessible as well, and not afraid to anwer your questions. I am finding my self more interested int eh value investing approach than the crazy emotinoal approach I have become used to. It's refreshing.
Thanks for a great podcast!”Read full review »

Unfortunately, in the first 8 minutes, the person giving advice is one of the ones that sounds like he is talking 1970s drive through speaker. I can't...”Read full review »

“I really like the idea of this podcast, but after listening to the first five episodes, it has become clear to me in various examples and asides that the hosts are sexist and condescending. While that insular, entitled worldview is common in the finance world, there are many people in the...”Read full review »
