Rosie realized 2 things before she started breastfeeding. Her mum had breastfed her, so she had her story and also the fact that her mother was unable to breastfeed her firstborn child. The time of year can affect how you breastfeed your child, or even if you’re going to be able to breastfeed them. Rosie was a Winter baby, so her mum definitely had less going on and therefore more time to devote to breastfeeding, so Rosie was breastfed as a baby.
