Please bring this informative and interesting podcast back. It was excellent and we have more to learn. I am a current subscriber and still i want The Jab podcast. Many thanks.

Loved Alok and Natasha, these two should have a permanent podcast from the economist, I know the economist has Babbage, but I think there could be a place for a world health podcast, anyway very sad it ended.

Sorry, but this COVID epidemic is not over! You need to come back ASAP.

No other organisation, medical or journalistic, has examined the epidemic with the breadth, depth and rigour of this weekly gem of a podcast. Peerlessly talented people with a touching humanity. That’s what makes the Economist not simply a paper but a religion!

I have so thoroughly enjoyed this excellent series, and every week I can’t wait for the next episode. I’ll be sad when the series comes to an end. Keep up the good work.

I have really enjoyed the positivity of the program & will miss it. Thank you for all the great information you have given in a way that has helped enormously to educate me. As for Aloc’s needle phobia, giving injections as a young nurse & regular blood tests throughout my adulthood for...Read full review »

I’ve listened to every episode of this podcast and I think Alok Jha, Natasha Loder and the team have done a great job! This podcast unpacks so many complex issues/topics in relation to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. It’s highly informative and I hope there will be more!?

Reliable, reputable, and often fascinating. Like everything else from Economist radio, it’s full of important information in a friendly format.

A unbiased fact based news source for anything COVID 19. Enjoy the slightly playful flavour too.

I love the diversity of science topics this podcast digs into, from COVID to aliens to AI. I binge-listened to the whole backlog of episodes and now look forward to each week.

This is one of the few podcasts I actually learn something from each time I listen. It’s good to hear what is happening in the EU and UK.

Mostly rehashing old news, especially - if one regularly seeks news from various sources. A lot of opinion, very little “science”. And adding a pitch to subscribe to E cheapened the seriousness of the message. Surely you can mount an aggressive drive for new subscribers without interjecting...Read full review »

Best journalism produced on covid so far. Highly recommended. I’d like to thank The Economist and the journalists involved in producing the podcast.

Hello, I find this narrative that skeptics are only uneducated, republican, or black. I am 30 years old, a women of color, I hold a bachelors degree in Economics, and an MBA. I make well over $50,000, I am VERY liberal. I would consider myself more of a socialist. I believe in science and...Read full review »

A show that purports to be about science has devolved into a Brexit-fueled, lie-packed assault on the EU. If you need any proof of thing, give the first half of the March 22nd episode a listen. This section could have come straight from the producers of Fox News. And it effectively mirrored...Read full review »

Please stop with the utterly pathetic music you add in reference to each countries pandemic effort. It’s unbelievably irritating. Oh and not the remotest bit interesting or clever.

Wonderful coverage- very accessible. Suggest you drop the musical representation of rollout. Doesn’t add much.

Countries are extending time period between doses -Pfizer , moderna - to be able to vaccinate more people. Could you cover the risk countries are taking? Your podcast is excellent I have been a subscriber of the Economosy for 35 years

The podcast is both entertaining and informing. Love the piano sounds to assess each country’s vaccine progress

Where is the UAE in the vaccination ranking? Somewhat confused by your ranking in the first episode...

Great to have a short overview of the global situation on the roll out of vaccinations. Especially important is that is free from political spin. Looking forward to future episodes.

Love the hosts so far, & the musical section is a beautiful touch. I hope you keep focusing on the issues of equity in healthcare & vaccine administration!!

The economist is known for either telling something from a new POV or having more detail with depth and analysis. This podcast however, has neither and more detail or knowledge can be found in a red top tabloid. The pace of the show is extremely slow and there is no energy input from the host....Read full review »
