You don't have to look far to see that IPOs are increasing. Without question, we can say that it will take more than a layperson to navigate the ins and outs of the process. With multiple steps and legal hoops to jump through, having sound legal advice as you go through the process is paramount. Today we are in for a treat as Managing Partner, MH&Co Attorneys-At-Law, to take us through the legal considerations to be made when a company decides to go public.
Some of what we looked at were:
What are the legal ramifications of taking a business public?
At what point in the journey does an Attorney get involved?
How does the industry that a company operates in affect their timeline for going public?
And lots more.
